Cancellation policy

To ensure the highest level of service and preparation for all guests, reservations are subject to the following cancellation terms. A full refund will be provided for cancellations received at least seven (7) days prior to the event date. Due to the bespoke nature of the menu, advance sourcing of ingredients, and the regional location, cancellations made within seven (7) days of the event are non-refundable. This policy allows us to honour commitments made to our partners, suppliers, and fellow guests. Should you be unable to attend, your reservation may be transferred to another guest. Simply let me know who will attend in your place via email and pass on your ticket to that person.

Dietary requirements and allergen policy

All food and beverages provided at this event are prepared, handled, and served in environments where common allergens are present, including but not limited to nuts, dairy, eggs, gluten, soy, sesame, shellfish, and other allergens. As a result, we cannot guarantee that any food or beverage is free from allergens or cross-contamination.

While we always endeavour to accommodate guests wherever reasonably possible, the exclusive and regionally curated nature of this event means that we are unable to cater to individual dietary requirements, allergies, intolerances, preferences, or special meal requests.

Guests with food allergies, dietary restrictions, or medical conditions relating to food consumption should carefully consider the risks before attending and consuming any food or beverages provided. Attendance at the event and consumption of food and beverages is at the guest's own discretion and risk.
