Well I’m definitely not Greek, but we’re having a crack at keeping them happy with our lambs ready for the spit. You don’t have to be Greek to order one for your special occasion! I’m told by my very knowledgeable & highly intelligent friend that 14kg dressed weight is the sweet spot for this type of lamb. Work with us on getting this offering right. We don’t claim to be experts, so we would love to refine the growing out of the lambs specifically for this style of cooking. If you do order a whole lamb for the spit be sure to give feed back so we can improve our farming.
DELIVERY ~ If your postcode is listed below, you're eligible for delivery of a lamb box. If your postcode is not on the list but is very close to one on the list, RING ME! I will work it out with you & put it on the list. Deliveries to Melbourne, inner north, inner south & south east will be Saturday 2nd May. If you’re not going to be home please leave an esky or chilli bin outside the door for me to pop your box into.
Deliveries to the central highlands, where all the beautiful people live, will be Friday 1st May. Again, If you’re not going to be home please leave an esky or chilli bin outside the door for me to pop your box into.
PICK UP FROM THE FARM ~ If you live outside the delivery routes then we will have pick up available from the farm will be Tuesday 5th May.
