I’m told by my very knowledgeable & highly intelligent friend that 14kg dressed weight is the sweet spot for this type of lamb. Work with us on getting this offering right. We don’t claim to be experts, so we would love to refine the growing out of the lambs specifically for this style of cooking. If you do order a whole lamb for the spit be sure to give feed back so we can improve our farming.
