For when you can’t be bothered cooking but you don’t want to eat rubbish. Stock up on the bounty of the summer. All the soups and sauces come frozen in 850ml containers. All soups and sauces will come frozen as this is the best way for me to cook when the ingredients are at their best. We are working towards glass but for now we will use up our plastic as the alternative means landfill anyway. They are reusable after you’ve eaten the contents and make great vessels for freezing leftovers. We only use meat from farmers we know or we grow it ourselves.

Tomato & basil soup ingredients: tomato, onion, garlic, basil, extra virgin olive oil, salt, dried chilli.

Zucchini, mint & parmesan soup: zucchini, onion, garlic, extra virgin olive oil, salt, parmesan stock (parmesan rinds, water, salt), mint, black pepper.

Chicken, rooster & vegetable soup: free range chicken & rooster, extra virgin olive oil, salt, onion, garlic, celery, carrots, leeks, silverbeet, parsley, chicken stock (chicken bones, rooster bones, water, salt).

Pork, sage & white wine ragu ingredients: free-range pork, salt, extra virgin olive oil, onion, garlic, sage, parsley, white wine, pork stock (water, pork bones, salt), celery, carrots, fennel seeds, dried chilli, black pepper, nutmeg, allspice.

*Please don’t be disrespectful to the pigs, no awful cheese, only grana or reggiano is to be used with this ragu. I won’t even speak the names of the other cheeses. A tube or shell shaped pasta is best. It’s a very rustic and brothy affair so a generous grating of cheese and a rigorous toss in the pan will bring the sauce together.

DELIVERY ~ If your postcode is listed below, you're eligible for delivery of a lamb box. If your postcode is not on the list but is very close to one on the list, RING ME! I will work it out with you & put it on the list. Deliveries to Melbourne, inner north, inner south & south east will be Saturday 2nd May. If you’re not going to be home please leave an esky or chilly bin outside the door for me to pop your box into.

Deliveries to the central highlands, where all the beautiful people live, will be Friday 1st May. Again, If you’re not going to be home please leave an esky or chilly bin outside the door for me to pop your box into.

PICK UP FROM THE FARM ~ If you live outside the delivery routes then we will have pick up available from the farm will be Tuesday 5th May.
