Premium soups & sauces set
For when you can’t be bothered cooking but you don’t want to eat rubbish. All the soups and sauces come frozen in 850ml containers as this is the best way for me to cook and preserve when the ingredients are at their peak. We are working towards glass but for now we will use up our plastic as the alternative means landfill anyway. They are reusable after you’ve eaten the contents and make great vessels for freezing leftovers. We only use meat from farmers we know or we grow it ourselves.

Potato, leek & bacon soup ingredients: bacon bone stock (water, salt, sugar, red gum smoked bones), leek, garlic, parsley, garlic chives, extra virgin olive oil, salt, black pepper, cream.
Duck & mushroom ragu ingredients: duck stock (duck bones, water, salt), onions, garlic, celery, carrots, mushrooms, tomato, white wine, red wine, port, sherry, black pepper, star anise, clove, fennel seeds, cinnamon, parsley.
Broccoli & parmesan soup ingredients: broccoli, onion, garlic, extra virgin olive oil, salt, parsley, lemon, parmesan stock (parmesan rinds, water, salt), black pepper.
Pork, sage & white wine ragu ingredients: free-range pork, salt, extra virgin olive oil, onion, garlic, sage, parsley, white wine, pork stock (water, pork bones, salt), celery, carrots, fennel seeds, dried chilli, black pepper, nutmeg, allspice.
DELIVERY ~ If your postcode is listed below, you're eligible for delivery of a lamb box. If your postcode is not on the list but is very close to one on the list, RING ME! I will work it out with you & put it on the list. Deliveries to Melbourne, inner north, inner south & south east will be Saturday 17th October. If you’re not going to be home please leave an esky or chilly bin outside the door for me to pop your box into.
