Expect one each of the common cuts you know & trust. Leg roast on the bone, half a dozen loin chops, a couple of shanks, a rack that can be roasted or sliced into cutlets, a shoulder on the bone for slow cooking, a whole rump, maybe some dice for that curry you’ve been meaning to make or a couple of strips of ribs for marinating. Perfect for singles or couples to stay stocked with goat for a while.
DELIVERY ~ If your postcode is listed below, you're eligible for delivery of a lamb box. If your postcode is not on the list but is very close to one on the list, RING ME! I will work it out with you & put it on the list. Deliveries to Melbourne, inner north, inner south & south east will be Saturday 2nd May. If you’re not going to be home please leave an esky or chilly bin outside the door for me to pop your box into.
Deliveries to the central highlands, where all the beautiful people live, will be Friday 1st May. Again, If you’re not going to be home please leave an esky or chilly bin outside the door for me to pop your box into.
PICK UP FROM THE FARM ~ If you live outside the delivery routes then we will have pick up available from the farm will be Tuesday 5th May.
Thanks for your understanding. We are a tiny operation cutting out all of the middle people, it’s not for everyone but it’s going to work for us. It means we can stay connected to our customers & have a chance at making this farm financially viable.
